The present conditions govern the sales, by Kambio Eyewear, of all the products available on the website kambioeyewear.com. By accepting these conditions, you waive the application of any other conditions that may apply.
Free return in Spain
Return in 2 easy steps
1) Contact Kambio Eyewear within 15 days after receiving your order, sending an email to info@kambioeyewear.com or sending a WhatsApp to +34 625 418 896. Request a pick-up and they will go for the package. Do not forget to put the shipping address:

2) Once we receive the products and check that they are in perfect condition, we will return your money within 4-5 working days.

Right of return & exchange
For orders delivered outside Spain, returns can be processed within 15 days after receiving the delivery. Please contact us!! Returns are at the expense of the customer. We highly recommend providing tracking on your parcel so that you may accurately locate your return Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service department. Parcels may be opened to test goods, but the testing of the goods may not go beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging. Any protective films applied to the product should only be removed where strictly necessary to test it.
Once your return is received and inspected, should the customer not wish to replace the product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Taxes are non-refundable.
Free Gift and Gift-Card are non-refundable and non-returnable.
In the unlikely event that a product is received faulty or with production failure, a replacement will be given. Please contact our customer service for more info about the warranty procedure.
Warranty claims
All our products are 100% original and from official suppliers. In addition, Kambio Eyewear is an authorized distributor of all its brands. You will have, in all cases, a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects, but the misuse of them is not covered: scratches, overexposure to the sun or falls, among other incidents.
